INDIA BUSINESS FORUM SLATED IN ILOILO CITY ON MAY 31: FIRMS WANT IN-PERSON MEET WITH LOCALS
Representatives of Indian companies requested a business-to-business dialogue with local counterparts in Iloilo City and Province, Gov. Arthur Defensor Jr told a media briefing on Thursday, May 11.
The Indian executives led by Nishikant Singh, Embassy of India Counsellor of Economics and Commerce, called on Defensor and City Mayor Jerry Treñas on Wednesday, May 10 and assisted by the local Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI).
The planned forum would focus on information technology (IT) and business process outsourcing (BPO) management, health care, agriculture, automobile, waste to energy renewables, and tourism services.
