The recently created Negros Island Region (NIR) has a new Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Officer In-Charge, Office of the Assistant Regional Director (OIC-ARD).
DPWH Secretary Manuel M. Bonoan issued Special Order 179, series of 2024 designating “Engr. Rodney A. Gustilo as Officer In-Charge, Office of the Assistant Regional Director, DPWH Negros Island Region, NIR.”
Special Order 179 was dated September 10, 2024 and “shall take effect immediately”.
Prior to his latest position Engr. Rodney Gustilo was the District Engineer in Negros Occidental 3rd District Engineering Office, DPWH based in Kabankalan City since January 2021.
Gustilo also served as District Engineer of the Iloilo City District Engineering Office (ICDEO), DPWH when Mayor Jerry Trenas was Representative of Iloilo City Lone District from 2010 to 2019. /image via Mavi Gustilo fb /
