Business firms in Buenavista, Guimaras are now allowed to operate from 6AM to 4PM only, according to Mayor Eugene Reyes.
The new regulations were in effect over the weekend upon the recommendation made earlier last week by the COVID 19 municipal task force, Mayor Reyes said.
“Ang aton merkado magabukas alas-singko sa aga asta alas-kuatro lang sa hapon. Ang mga dyip nga nagabyahe poblacion to Mclain to Buenavista wharf – vice versa, 6AM to 5PM lang.”
“Ang tricycles dapat wala backrider kag magabyahe man 6AM – 5PM, samtang ginadumilian gihapon ang pamasahero sang single nga mga motor,” Mayor Reyes explained.
Motorbanca trips between Farola wharf in Iloilo City and Buenavista wharf are still allowed with 50% passenger capacity from sunrise to sunset only, the mayor said.*
